📦 Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are: Unused, unworn, and in original condition Returned in original packaging Free of damage, stains, or signs of use To initiate a return, please contact us at support@majesticmelanin.org with your order number and reason for return.
💳 Store Credit Only
All approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift code. Store credit does not expire. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase. No refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit: Mystery bundles or surprise boxes Used or opened journals, Digital products Sale or clearance items Gift cards
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Majestic Melanin is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item for store credit and place a new order using your credit.
